3. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order, but this does not mean we have accepted it.
A legally binding contract between you and us is only formed when we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right to reject any order. This may be because an item is out of stock, there has been a pricing error, or for any other reason. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or provide a full refund.
We only accept orders from adults aged 18 or over.
4. Products & Availability
Products are as described on the website. We strive for accuracy but occasionally, information may contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or discontinue product lines at any time.
"Special order items" may take additional time to process and may not be available for same-day dispatch. We will inform you of any significant delays.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order, plus any applicable delivery charges.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
- Pricing Errors: If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
- Payment Methods: We securely process payments via Stripe, Paypal, and Klarna. Your payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. By choosing a third-party payment provider like Klarna, you may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Delivery Information
We will deliver goods to the address you provide on your order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-14 days, though often sooner. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We will contact you if we expect a significant delay in processing your order.
By law, we must deliver your order within 30 days of the order date. If we fail to do so, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund. If you have not received your goods within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with every purchase. Our policy is designed to be simple and fair, and we accept returns for two main reasons: if you've changed your mind about a product (non-faulty), or if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
The easiest and quickest way to start a return is by filling out our online Returns Form.

Our Returns Policy in a Nutshell
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you want to return it, and another 14 days to send it back to us.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Custom-made or printed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Postage: You cover the return postage for unwanted items. If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll refund your reasonable return postage costs.
Exceptions to Returns
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items if they have been unsealed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, products like earpieces and face masks.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If such an item is faulty or not as described, you are still entitled to a replacement or refund under our faulty goods policy.

If You've Changed Your Mind (Your Right to Cancel)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason. Just start a return within the 14-day timeframe. As long as the item is returned to us in as-new condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note the hygiene exceptions listed above.
If There's a Fault or an Error
We're really sorry about that! Please let us know as soon as you discover an issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of your return postage.
If Your Order Arrived Damaged
If you notice the package is badly damaged when the courier delivers it, the best thing to do is refuse the delivery. If you've already accepted it, don't worry – just contact us via the Returns Form and we'll get it resolved.
Manufacturer's Warranty
If a fault develops after the return period has ended, your product may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we’ll be happy to help guide you through the process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please inform us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We warrant that the goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. Our liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of us breaching this contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased.

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.
